Following in my father's footsteps who has been in the trade for over forty years, I started trading in Petworth in 2008. Firstly from a small showroom in East Street and subsequently at our much larger antiques showroom in Market Square. Here we display a large stock of antique furniture and works of art alongside wonderful models of planes and yachts. There is also antique garden furniture and wonderful decorative items.
Situated at the southern end of the town with convenient access directly frpm the main public car park, Augustus Brandt is an impressive showroom set in the inspirational surroundings of the Grade II listed, Newlands House.
With over 17 rooms to explore you will discover a collaboration of creativity and carefully curated objets, bridging antique and contemporary furniture, artworks and collectables.
The company also create a range of bespoke furniture from statement dining tables to lighting and home accessories.

Carol Page Antiques has a good range of antique seating, linens and textiles for the home. Antique chairs include comfy upholstered armchairs, wing armchairs, button back nursing chairs along with antique sofas. In addition we stock a good selection of antique mirrors and occasional tables.

Robert Dickson and Lesley Rendall have brought the 20th century to Petworth. Established in 1980, Forest Gallery enjoys an excellent reputation as one of the best galleries in the South-East.
Specialising in original paintings in both traditional and contemporary styles, Forest Gallery aims to find a wide variety of artwork from the UK and abroad. Originally situated in Dorking before establishing itself in Guildford for almost 30 years, the gallery is now located in the picturesque town of Petworth, West Sussex on the famous Lombard Street.
Heather Denham has been established since 1970 in antiques and decorative furniture.
